   Generally speaking airflow is not designed for the API to be extendable. 
There are no recipes to do it and it's not somethig that is even remotely 
guaranteed to work in the future even if you succeed in adding it. Airlfow DB 
is explicitly specified as internal

  - it might change any time and it WILL, and break things.
