Realted https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/41067 Fix (and skip one) tests for Base Job... Again mostly because of different sessions running over more than one DB connection. One test is logically not working distributed so setting this to skipped. Used Mock only runs locally, but when calling internal API the DB content is not matching to the in moemory DB session mock -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
