### What you think should happen instead?
Retry should be applied to this deadlock, as the trigger already includes a
retry on update. Both should handle the same scenario when updating the
task_instance associated with the trigger.
### How to reproduce
1. Set scheduler instance number >= 2, Triggerer instance number >= 2
2. Trigger 20 DAG runs, each with at least one triggered job with runtime >
1 mins
