   There is no migration script currently. However, if anyone has migration to 
add, they can add it on the FAB provider side. What this PR intends to achieve 
is for users to add their migrations on the FAB side and have a way for airflow 
to run such migrations. Even before this PR, a pre-commit forbids adding FAB 
migration to the core.
