I am facing a similar issue, we had upgraded our airflow version to 2.10 from 2.5.3, here the tasks pods are getting stuck in scheduled after a certain period of time when it reaches the open slot count for parallelism, in our case it is set to 32 , so when 32 plus tasks run, then whatever tasks comes up get stuck in scheduled state, even though the previous tasks are cleared, it still shows that the open slot count as zero -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
