Review Comment:
   It's not just for ordering. The version number helps to track the version 
changes. If a version named `my_version` is added, it first gets 
`my_version_1`, if there's a change in the code but the version name is still 
not change,  then the number will increment and we have `my_version_2`. So it's 
not just for ordering
