Can you please provide logs from the task `start_cdfpipeline_name`? We need to check that this task got parameters that you are trying to provide: pipeline_name and args. For this go to Airflow UI -> open task `start_cdfpipeline_name` -> open 'Mapped Tasks' -> pick the one that was running -> open Details -> scroll down to Rendered Templates -> check that values specified in that list is the same as intended to be.
