I have the same problem, using the standard aiflow docker compose. Following https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/howto/docker-compose/index.html#fetching-docker-compose-yaml 1. I have created an empty folder 2. I have downloaded https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/2.10.4/docker-compose.yaml 3. I have executed docker compose up airflow-init 4.
