Could be a DNS instability / lack of resources for DNS. usually things like that happens when DNS fails to respond when it tries to determine the name of your worker. What might help with it is to either increase resources for your DNS or switch to using IP address https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/configurations-ref.html#hostname-callable Those who have the problem and try it - please let everyone know here if either of the two fixed the problem.
