Not able to add tags to the dag created via asset decorator
@asset(uri="s3://bucket/asset1_producer", schedule=None, tags=["AIP-75"])
TypeError: __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'tags'
### What you think should happen instead?
User should be able to add tags to the asset decorator
### How to reproduce
Run the below Dag:
```python
@asset(uri="s3://bucket/asset1_producer", schedule=None, tags=["AIP-75"])
def asset1_producer():
pass
```
