So users either 1) need to modify the image before half the cli is usable or 2) install the cli separately out on their host, which isn't very a "docker compose" friendly pattern. When thinking half of the commands will be a useless stand, indeed, this would cause ambiguity while lots of bug stories that commands aren't working. Do you suggest splitting the package in this PR?
