### Apache Airflow version 3.0.0b2 ### If "Other Airflow 2 version" selected, which one? _No response_ ### What happened? All the drop down selections should be visible to the user like we have for tags filter on dag list page. <img width="1605" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a6e93223-539a-4cff-9511-b4a7f8205df2"; /> ### How to reproduce On AF3 UI, go to dag list page and open 'Task Instances' tab.
