As of yet, I cannot reproduce this. Although it happens every day or every other day for some DAGs in production, I have been unable to force it to happen in our development environment, nor have I worked out the difference between the two environments that is triggering it. I will continue to attempt to do so. I assumed at first this was some 'simple' race condition, if that were so, I'd have expected the issue to be resolved when wait_for_container_completion was handled, or a wait was added before deleting the pod.
