GitHub user shkpk closed the discussion with a comment: airflow not installing with latest chart 1.16.0 version, scheduler and webserver crashing
I was able to fix this. To help anyone else facing/will face this issue, there were 2 issues 1. Migrations were not running properly, hence I created a separate pod of airflow image and ran migrations manually 2.
