[I] "Stable" Redirects to 2.10.5 for configurations reference [airflow]

   ### What do you see as an issue?
   
   The [config 
reference](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/configurations-ref.html)
 redirects to version 2.10.5 instead of 3.0.0
   
   ### Solving the problem
   
   The stable version should redirect to 3.0.0
