We are also facing the same issue of infinite redirection with the latest Airflow Docker image 3.0.0. It is only occurring when accessing the airflow UI remotely, while it works fine when accessed from localhost. I tried installing it on a fresh server without any configuration. Just with the default [docker-compose](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/3.0.0/docker-compose.yaml) file (I only changed the version to `3.0.0` as it was `|version|` in the default docker-compose file).
