[PR] Fix Dashboard overflow and handle no status tasks [airflow]

   Some TI states were not visible due to overflow being cut off.
   
   Also this adds support for no_status TI.
   
   Related to: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/49961 (but not necessary 
needed)
