   We heavily discussed it last week when I discovered that common.messaging
introduces unnecessary coupling and i fixed it to follow the same patterns as
we do for other "core-extensions" - i.e. provider's manager.
   The discussion started here
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/49938#discussion_r2069008941 with the
atempt to add Kafka implementation of the common.messaging provider - it was
followed by this discussion
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/49938#issuecomment-2844687589 and
https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/50057 -> where I moved SQS
common.messaging implementation to Amazon provider (where it belongs) and
implemented the proper "discover" providers rather than "hard-code" them in
common.messaging.

   That's why it's best comon.messaging and amazon are released together.
