Tried versions 2.5.3 and 2.6.3 — the issue persists.
Reverted to 2.3.2, and everything works fine.

The DAG, which contains a large number of dynamically generated tasks using 
Variable, disappears from the UI.
Running the command airflow dag reserialize temporarily brings it back, but it 
disappears again shortly after.

In the logs, I found the following:

It happens on AWS EC2 t3.xlarge (4 vCPU, 16 RAM). Changed dag import timeout to 
300 second, didn't help me
