Many thanks @samatix !! That was it.
The reason why I didn't try this option was because the docs mentioned that:
`The url of the execution api server. Default is {BASE_URL}/execution/ where
{BASE_URL} is the base url of the API Server. If {BASE_URL} is not set, it will
use http://localhost:8080 as the default base url.`
And I do have BASE_URL set.
