I have also missed that one in the procedure. Sorry about that! I agree with Vincent. There was no intention of any kind about the procedures. It is an open-source project and only integrates with that software, rather than providing a new set of features. Lazy consensus seems the easy way, according to the docs. I can create a lazy consensus as well. I believe giving a bit longer than the default (~72 Hours) can be healthy as the weekend is on the way.
