This PR completes all the remaining translations for zh-TW, bringing the
coverage to 100%.

- `backfill` is best translated as `回填` . If I understand this
correctly, `catchup` performs a similar function but is triggered automatically
by the scheduler. Using the same word `回填` for both could be confusing.
