This PR fixes the example_emr_eks system test to work properly with the
Lambda executor by modifying how the test handles file operations. The Lambda
executor fails when running the example_emr_eks system test because the test
attempts to extract and execute files in the current working directory, but
Lambda provides a read-only filesystem at `var/task` (where the function code
is deployed).
### Changes
To fix this issue, the `run_eksctl_commands` function has been adjusted to
use `/tmp` (which is writeable in all executors including Lambda) instead of
the current directory. It is used to extract the eksctl binary and execute the
eksctl commands.
### Testing
Tested with both Lambda executor and Batch executors to verify the change
enables the functionality while maintaining consistency with previous
executors.
