Few nits:
* Date should be enough (no need to have ISO timestamp)
* We should likely have nice message in case release date cannot be
retrieved yet - it should not happen now when we build the docs **after** we
release, but **just in case** ("Release date unknown") ?
* it would be nice to use convention we have for other placeholders
("|PypiReleaseDate}" - similarly as "|version|"
