> This issue have been reproduced several times (somehow randomly) with Airflow 3.0.2 deployed with bitnami/airflow helm chart. The `airflow users create -r "Admin"` user failed due to unique constraint on several tables. It appears that another call to user creation allows to create it successfully (after db migrate), so the error is somehow transient.
