Definitely looks like a bug to me. The "Future" button is not working at all. If you use Network inspector, you'll see an error `"detail": "Cannot use include_past or include_future when dag_run_id is provided because logical_date is not applicable."` returned by `clearTaskInstances` when you press "Future" button. Although the task is scheduled and has logical date.
