At the VERY least, I'd expect any suggestions to the main README file of Airflow to be separate discussion on devlist where they author of the suggestio proposes the changes they want to make and rather than showing AI generated suggestion, engages in a discussion with the community asking what they think about it and getting them comment on the proposals and discuss them.
