Adding a valid certificate has resolved the issue above. However, I would appreciate better clarity on how Airflow 3 responds to invalid certificates and if it is possible to not use one. If an invalid certificate brings the whole system down that would be something to be aware of and having a way to override the behavior seems prudent. Thanks.
