### Apache Airflow version main (development) ### If "Other Airflow 2 version" selected, which one? _No response_ ### What happened? When a user has no access to pools then the API call for pools returns 403 and the frontend keeps retrying the request. We have some roles where pool access including menu access is not granted to the users. ### What you think should happen instead? _No response_ ### How to reproduce 1. Update user role to remove can read pools access. 2.
