This is an early draft PR to add **Workload Identity Federation (WIF)**
support to the Snowflake provider.
Changes so far:
* Added `workload_identity_provider` variable in `_get_conn_params()`
* Passes it into connection params if provided
Next steps (pending feedback):
* Confirm approach for handling `authenticator="WORKLOAD_IDENTITY"`
* Add docs + tests
* Expand to specific cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) as suggested in
#54983
Opening early for review to validate direction before proceeding.
