@ashb I've hit this issue as well. I'm happy if Airflow 3 produces JSON logs, however, there appears to be no way obvious way to set the format. Currently logs are appearing in the form `[2025-08-28, 22:55:39] INFO - Datasource delete task started: source=xxx`, but I'd want to see the function, linenumber etc as well. Is there a way of overriding the default format.
