Review Comment:
   There's a lot of constants like `{ _dark: "gray.700", _light: "gray.100" }` 
hardcoded everywhere it makes it hard to read. Maybe we should keep constants 
such as  `TOTAL_COLOR_INTENSITIES` `FAILURE_COLOR_INTENSITIES` `PLANNED_COLOR`
