BTW, @ephraimbuddy I saw the comment ``` # TODO: Rewrite these
queries to use alembic when lowest MYSQL version supports IF EXISTS``` you put.
Is it possible to rewrite
``` op.execute("ALTER TABLE dag_run DROP CONSTRAINT IF EXISTS
dag_run_dag_id_execution_date_uq")
```
to
```
op.drop_index("dag_run_dag_id_execution_date_uq", table_name="dag_run",
if_exists=True)
```?
I can fix it while I am at it.
