I think it would be the `jwt-secret` secret value which is also auto generated (if not set). I have confirmed that when the issue occurs the scheduler pod does have a different value for `jwt_secret` and the API pod has the same (auto generated value) that is in the secret. I can understand that this may occur during a helm upgrade however I have been seeing this issue occur randomly as well. We do use Argo CD for our Airflow deployments so perhaps that could be doing something in the background. I have now set `api-secret-key` and `jwt-secre` so lets see :).
