### Description
This PR updates the **remaining screenshots in the UI Guide (`ui.rst`)**
that were not refreshed in the previous PR.
It ensures that all documentation references now point to the correct and
up-to-date dark and light theme screenshots.
### Changes
- Updated missing screenshots for multiple sections in `ui.rst`:
- Home Page
- DAG List and DAG Details views
- Grid and Graph views
- DAG Runs and Task Instances
- Asset Views and Admin Views
- Verified both **dark mode** and **light mode** screenshots are included
where applicable.
- Ensured consistency across the docs so all screenshots reflect the current
Airflow UI.
### Notes for reviewers
- No functional code changes, this PR only affects documentation assets.
- Follow-up to the previously merged PR where some screenshot references
were left out.
