Introduce a context manager wrapper for inline DAG creation that catches exceptions per-DAG during parsing. This allows registering valid DAGs while recording errors for invalid ones. DagBag.import_errors is updated from dict[str, str] to dict[str, list[str]] to support storing multiple parsing errors per file.
