### Description We are not showing the history of review actions after tasks are cleared. As you can see in the audit log, I ran a dag using the approval operator, approved it, then cleared the approval task and all downstream dependencies, then rejected it. <img width="1826" height="1081" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a073072f-a51e-40ef-8dbc-c682d1b946dc"; /> <img width="1734" height="670" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/f8e1a310-3fe9-438f-b544-b76e6006af24"; /> However, when I look at the table within the dag view, I only see one entry. <img width="1586" height="506" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3156d005-ed2c-45e9-9e9e-b53b48361311"; /> Same thing when I look across all dags (under Browse) <img width="1733" height="466" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d4b46614-9701-456b-8298-335e1906d50f"; /> We are missing the history from retries. This is from the main branch.
