That was the goal of being able to specify parsing frequency in the DagBundle - so that users who can confirm that their Dags are not going to have side effects can specify the frequencey of parsing. So it aligns with the plans of the AIP - and simply the AIP direction should be followed up with any proposal (taking into account the above limitations). Callback execution is very important aspect though - and the "parse immediately after checksum change" does not solve that part of the issue. there can be easily Dags that should be rarely parsed but callbacks should be executed fast, so that part should be addressed as well. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
