Talked to @jscheffl at Airflow Summit. Instead of selecting a dagrun from the trigger modal, we instead add a menu item on the Trigger button if you have a dagrun selected in the UI to something like "Trigger again with this config" -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
