I noticed that `auth-managers.rst` exists in the [v3-1-stable](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/v3-1-stable/providers-summary-docs/core-extensions) branch but not in [v3-0-stable](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/v3-0-stable/providers-summary-docs/core-extensions). Also, I was able to build the docs locally and see auth managers page, so I guess maybe `v3-1-stable` hasn't been released to the official doc site yet.
