([Temporary fix to Bitnami psql chart licensing issues
#55820](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/55820)) for this issue is
available in the currently not-yet released chart version 1.19.
   > * However, this fix is probably broken, as pointed out in these comments

that came after the PR of the fix was merged. Namely: the `values.yaml` now
refers to a older postgresql version (13) than was the case with Bitnami (16.1).

Yep. And just to repeat what's being written elsewhere - we are **not**
going to **fix** Postgres. Even including the past released charts. Postgres in
the charts had always been for quick start and debugging and never, ever meant
to be used in production. If anyone wants to have Helm Chart with Postgres
embeddded in rather than hosted outside -they are free to extend our chart and
do it on their own - see
https://airflow.apache.org/docs/helm-chart/stable/extending-the-chart.html.
