Proposed changes that you can review and comment on are **FAR** less annyoing that trying to imagine the same changes described in words and following a discussion that might be prone to interpretation, mis-interpretation, and simply not taking into account all edge cases and practicalities of such change. I'd say discussing on an actual change proposed is always several orders of magnitude more effective than discussion on "future described change' - and with small changes like that one, the effort to make a proposal is really negligible. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
