I and taking a look to fix edge code and especially looking at https://github.com/boschglobal/airflow/blob/main/airflow-core/src/airflow/utils/sqlalchemy.py#L336 - do we still need this compat shim? Our docs tell MySQLL 8 as support only, this function seems to be from prior times.
