Just to explain: My guess is that you **did not ** have Airflow 3.1. Maybe what happened, your installation method accidentally downgraded Airflow when installing. Make sure - when you upgrade anything and want to keep Airflow to add `apache-airflow==YOUR_AIRFLOW_VERSION` - see our installation docs for details and example - this is simply how package installation works - if you force one package to be installed, it **might downgrade** other packages.
