Unfortunately I don't think there is much we can do here. Those are handled by 'FlaskAppBuilder', as standard views, and the way the connections are handled is done underneath by that package. You can use a different AuthManager, or implement your own if that is a big problem for you. I heard that we planned on making our own Airflow default AuthManager for AF3 and move away from FAB one (keeping support of course). That would be another alternative in the long run. I'll close this one, I suspect it has always been like this and there's nothing we can do there, unless I missed something.
