It’s unfortunate that the resolution was to removed the metrics from the documentation rather than restore them. CPU and memory are first-order observability signals in OpenTelemetry. They let us correlate task latency/retries with resource pressure and right-size pools/quotas for capacity planning. If there’s a successor or recommended replacement metric, could we document it? Otherwise, restoring task.cpu_usage and task.mem_usage would preserve key visibility. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
