Update ownership: airflow-mcp and Airflow Schedule Insights now owned by
Ponder (#1264)
* Add Airflow Schedule Insights on ecosystem
* Add airflow-mcp-hipposys on ecosystem
* Update ownership: airflow-mcp and Airflow Schedule Insights now owned by
Ponder
Change ownership from Hipposys to Ponder for:
- airflow-mcp
- Airflow Schedule Insights
These repositories have been moved to https://github.com/ponderedw as part
of an organizational transition.
Follow-up to PR #1225 where these packages were originally added.
