Following slack conversation - this is very likely a duplicate of https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/55841 It's very easy to check - relabeling should start working back if you install apache-airlfow-providers-fab. If it will then we can close that one as duplicate of #55841. Can you check it please @Dev-iL @rawwar ?
