I've tracked down the record matching this in the `xcom` table. I had to truncate this for securty, but the `value` column field that is referenced in the type conversion failure is `1857` characters long. It appears to be a text value that is an array/list with open/close square brackets with a quoted string that is an HTTPS S3 URL with access credentials.
