Documentation for the standard provider package was incomplete and in some
cases incorrect:
- Added "and Sensors" to Step 4 description alongside examples
- Fixed incorrect reference to EmailOperator (actually in smtp provider,
not standard)
- Removed misleading claim that operators are "in the apache-airflow
package"
